FXGlide

Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026. This policy explains what the FXGlide Android app collects and why.

FXGlide is operated by Brokerium (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the FXGlide Android app collects and why.

Who this applies to

Clients and authorised staff who use the FXGlide app to access a brokerage account.

Data we process

  • Account details: name, email, phone, nationality, and profile fields you submit
  • Financial activity: wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and trading account identifiers
  • Identity documents and selfies you upload for KYC
  • Payment proof images for deposits
  • Support tickets and attachments
  • Approximate location, device identifiers, and security signals used to recognise a trusted device
  • Optional biometric unlock, stored on the device (we do not receive your fingerprint or face template)

Why we process it

To provide the trading and wallet service, verify identity, prevent fraud, send account alerts, and support you. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Account and trading data is processed on the brokerage servers at the API host configured for FXGlide (currently api.fxglide.com). Images you pick are uploaded as part of KYC, deposits, or tickets.

Retention

We keep account and compliance records for as long as the account is open and as required by financial regulations after closure.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the app, refuse optional permissions (camera, location, notifications), and request account deletion through support. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.

Contact

For privacy requests, use in-app tickets or the support email published on the FXGlide Play Store listing.

We’ll map Brokerium onto your MT4/MT5 servers and your brand — not the other way around.
